By using the Kore Outdoor Europe Limited B2B website you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions governing the use of the website. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions, in which case the terms "you" or "your" shall refer to such entity.

1.  All transactions entered into on the B2B website shall be subject to the terms and conditions set out in your Dealer Application which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions for use of the Kore Outdoor B2B website. 2.  You agree that transactions on the B2B website will be as legally binding and enforceable as if in a signed writing.

3.  You represent and warrant that all information you provide on the website will be complete and accurate and that you will update it as necessary to assure that it is complete and accurate at all times.

4.  You shall undertake all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access to and use the computer processing and communications facilities under your control through which documents are transmitted and received.

13.  Kore Outdoor WILL USE REASONABLE EFFORTS TO PROTECT INFORMATION SUBMITTED BY YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THE KORE OUTDOOR B2B WEBSITE, BUT YOU AGREE THAT YOUR SUBMISSION OF SUCH INFORMATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND KORE OUTDOOR HEREBY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY LOSS OR LIABILITY RELATING TO SUCH INFORMATION IN ANY WAY.
